Staying Calm During Uncertain Terrain

Gatha: I became alarmed with things that i knew were untrue being presented as if they were absolutely true. That started, like really getting me a little crazy. Gatha: What advice would you have for someone who wants to stay calm in future uncertain terrain,. which i'm sure is guaranteed?
