Is There an Original Adam and Eve?

Many people who accept evolution would say no, there can't possibly be an original Adam and Eve. Why do you accept that? Well, because look at how Genesis one and two is laid out. They're like Moses in some ways or Jesus. And I don't think first Corinthians teaches that. It says Jesus is the last Adam.
