The Innovator's Dilemma
Mentor Clay Christensen was a great teacher and explainer of things, which is really what a mentor should be. He helped Intel develop the Celeron chip famously, which was a low cost version of the trip. So he then started focusing on what's known as jobs to be done innovation. The basic idea is actually relatively simple. It's that customers aren't buying products. What's happening is they're hiring your product to get a job done. And that seems very, very straightforward, but it gets very, very quickly.
