The Importance of Having an Ego in Your Career

I think my parents like subconsciously watching them like to see my parents open a restaurant my freshman year of high school during that time. I just had a I had a hustler mentality you know we were lower middle class but my parents worked extremely hard for everything that we had. Even even working with celebrities earlier on you said they just want what they want and with your touch right yeah so I guess that kind of hurt your ego a little bit did you realize that you couldn't really have much of an ego working with these guys?
