The Lord's Hands Are Clean
Andrea's argument is that there's verses like this which seem to describe people as being righteous and good. But what they're reflecting upon is the goodness and righteousness of the one they believe in, who they are faithful too. In other words, he's not just unilaterally picking people before thy're born and drawing them out of waters. Got it? He is drawing out of waters those who are faithful. The faithful, though, he saves the humble. So he's saving the humble, but whose eyes, who are haughty, he brings them low. Keep that in mind, because i think that's really important understanding this.
