i love seeing that aha moment when people are trying something out for the first time. And i feel like a, a communication and just being able to teach someone something is one of the most valuable combo skills with development. More communication leads to so many career opportunities - not just in in the workplace but also externally. If you can code and explain what you're doing, then you can become a mentor to your team. You can level up and start leading directions. I it's a lot of people say it's a soft skill, but i prefer the term corp skill here. The more you practise itth the better you're going to be at it. It's all based on energy
