i understand all of this, even though he doesn't say it. Jus sort of lets the air out of my hot angry balloon. And i also understand that he's telling me, feeling the anger is good. It will take a while before i learn that the skilful response to feeling anger is to feel it and then even to take interest in it. But i already feel the lesson that life is teaching me over and over again. We all face challenges. It's how we become who we are. You don't have to judge yourself all the time. Give yourself a break. Ness toward ourselves becomes central to my teachings but itis still one of my biggest mountains to climb
