Is Woo for HR a Good Offer?

It's the quality of networking and the necessity of being interconnected. Good work is a threshold characteristic, but it puts introverts at a disadvantage. The other surprise is data doesn't carry the day. That surprised me being an academic PhD in my early years. And that's why I think HR, Woo for HR, is probably a good offer.
