The Emergence of the Self-Constituting State
The idea of the self-constituting state that contracts itself into existence through written contract is dependent on one of the major consequences of the Thirty Years Wars. The authorities accrue to written text, so the sacred becomes to be associated with the sacred and Swarler scriptura. There's no other basis for authority, whereas there used to be things reasonably like tradition, religion, kinship systems,. all kinds of things that limited the political economic enterprises that human beings engage in.
