It's built around a system that is designed to reproduce human language. It sometimes will hallucinate not only facts, but actually the supporting documents which supposedly support those facts. If you have a system that's not reliable and not explainable, why use it in business? Because people are already not explainable and not reliable. Right now, I'm not saying AI is anyway sentient alive a person, but it's trained on human thought. And so there's actually real reasons to think of it that way.
