Frank Vasquez: All of these portfolios have leveraged funds in them, which makes them hideous in a year like this. He says everybody is waiting with bated breath for the next CPI print and then what the Fed has to say about interest rates. Last report I saw was that there was an 82% chance of a 3.25 point rate hike. But now I see our signal is beginning to fade he says.
