The Importance of Preexisting Exercises

The smiling thing has always been in my brain for the warmups and you know, be it games or we had a calyx. The Kaiser's were the unofficial dip type standard. You could do small swinging motions, but the the monkey we had these monkey bars that went all the way through it. It was so much fun to watch them do like a few monkey bars, you kind of get to rest then do a few more. That kind of thing really added to the dynamic of preexisting exercises as well. And I remember when I was living in Berkeley before I moved out to Ohio and like literally there was never kids out playing like I never saw kids out playing.
