The Importance of Hiring the Right People
I would rather have an empty seat on my team than the wrong person in it. Hiring the right people is important, but also thinking about people in this borders into culture as well. Nurture the dissenting voice. You need to hire people as a leader that will tell you that you're full of it. I always kept people on my team who would take me aside or not.
