Is There a Cardinal in That Tree?
I ask my guides to help me pay attention when I'm going through something. We rush so much in our lives and in our modern Western culture, boy, do we try to go as fast as we can? Can we take the pause and notice what's around us that we have the time to notice,. oh, look, there is a cardinal in that tree. Just when I was thinking about my dad and his message to me comes often through the cardinal. So whenever I see the cardinal, I say hi, dad. And he always says hi. Or you can do live waking dreaming probation as well.
