All Elders Must Pastor
My view is that elders must teach. No, first timothy is very clear about that. And elders must pastor. But i think therea teachers and pastors who are not elders. So it's an office thing, in my judgment. In many churches, only elders preach to the congregation. Well, if non elders preach on a sunday morning, there's no reason why a woman couldn't. The questionher is not male, female. From my view, the question is elder, not elder.
