Mary, You Don't Need to Optimize

It's the idea that you don't need to optimise. And i have to say, it is one of the most surprising, happiness enhancing decisions i've ever made. It frees me up to do things i care much more about. I think another thing maris worried ot is thi accumulation of tiny injustices. You can't let people walk on you over and over, right?
