Renting Is the Future or Ownership?
There's a debate out there that the future of the world is renting, not owning. And i'd imagine, if it is renting, that bodes very well in the multi family world. I think home ownership went from around 69 per cents like 62%. It hasn't dropped any more. In some countries like germany or like senty, cities like berlin, have a lot higher renters than home ownerships.
