Is the Mandalorian in the Book of Boba Fett?

There's an expectation that the other Bad Batchers, Clone Force 99, what's left of them, should be evolving or showing us some sort of character development. I think there's a space that's been, you know, really kind of nonsense. Why are the best stories and the best writers flexing out crosshair when there's stories that you could tell with the, with the others? We've had some development of text character this season, of course. And we've seen little elements of development, but we've not seen them grapple with the big issues like crosshair is on an individual level.
