The Importance of Charts

I think in the end you have to go by the chart but yeah it does. It does make me wonder why. But maybe I guess it's just more of a housing shortage that has has more of the kind of impact, or you have that inflationary kind of thing to that for a lot of these kind of real assets. They're, I mean it's ridiculous how much home prices have gone over the last year,. Especially in LA it's just like, where are you going to live, you know? SoYeah, it is a little crazy but in the end, the reason why I really love this system and methodology is you don't have to think about all that stuff.
