The Balance Point in Weightlifting and Training

I think it's important to be balanced and everything. We're talking about some of the more unique elements of things in the weight room from time to time, where things that people might follow. But my GP phase is probably, kind of tick off those same qualities that is that what they talk about in the 1 by 20 lifting spectrum. I'm looking to do enhanced tissue quality, target with different ranges of motion, different joint positions in a more of a low stimulus fashion. And then also just breaks up the monotony of just specific training which is really, really important as well.
