What Did You Learn as a CFO?

i'm kind of a people person. And i saw ave thought that would naturally translate into being a great manager. But i think it's very different being a s eo or a leader, where people, you have to first convince them to work there. I turned out to be not as good at this as i thought. Sometimes founders lose track of actually what it takes to really grow a co abviossly.
