Observable for Journalism and the Front End

I've been watching, um, observable, which speaking of talented people, New York times and stuff. Is that one that you're thinking of or aware of that are, you know, built in front ends that can be applied on top of data? I am absolutely obsessed with observable. It's by Mike Bostock is one of the three developers behind it who invented D three. And then there was Trello, which they sold to Google for $1 billion last year. You don't need a degree in programming to learn how this program works. The worst thing about learning to program is setting up your own development environment.
