The Bell Witch and Lucy Bell
In September 1820, Lucy Bell became extremely ill. She was bedridden and her friends and family began to believe she wouldn't survive. Several neighborhood women were sitting with her one day when they witnessed a handful of hazelnuts drop from above the bed. The witch told Lucy she was leaving, but that she would return in seven years. In 1828, the bell witch reappeared to John Bell Jr., this is the section more about him. He stayed for three days and she spoke to him about the past, present and future. I think he's got his ghost mix up. This is the ghost of Christmas past, present & future.
