Is Time Picilated?

Time and space are related when you're trying to measure velocities, then it implies that time is piclated. To have a reason why space and time are picilated like that comes down to what happens at these very, very small distance scales when you have a lot of energy. And unfortunately, we don't have a strong theory of quantum gravity.
