Building Your Business Confidence

Rural business school programs are running, and this is an essential part of the whole experience. How do you help people build that confidence? Or as you are saying, like gain that belief? I think what I've noticed is a few things. When Alan and I operate together, both of us seem to operate at a higher level of confidence. It's almost like anything is possible. The second idea that I've been playing with is that until confidence shows up, courage will do. But actually replacing confidence with courage, you know, just take a deep breath and do it anyway.
