Five people were killed when a submersible went down off the coast of Canada. CNN's John Defterios says there are some legitimate concerns about the safety of this expedition. But, he adds, it was still a commercial endeavor and they weren't rogue people who don't know what they're doing. "There are a lot of parallels between this type of ocean exploration and space exploration," defterios says.
