Introduction
A high school coach was trying to arrange a trip to take nine students to a competition. Spirit's nonsensical policy is that the name on the ticket can't be changed, not even for a fee. This became a problem when four of the students had to back out of the trip and were going to be replaced by other students. The tickets weren't refundable and Spirit refused to change the names,. which means that the coaches left eating four tickets and buying four new ones.
