Boris Johnson's 50-something pages of defence have been made public. The former Foreign Secretary admits he misled Parliament but says it was inadvertent, not willful or malicious. He then goes on to explain how his staff told him that what he had done was within the rules. But there are so many typos and errors Lewis can't make out a single point.
