I think there's a chance that Russia will come back. These things go in cycles. Once they fail, they don't really have any choice but to come back and try the free market way again. China is interesting because China is a command economy from a macro perspective,. But on a micro basis, a lot of the economy works on a free market competitive basis. It's a hybrid. I think China is now seeing the disadvantages of a command economy as they try to deal with the slowdown.
