The company was seed funded by a bunch of venture capitalists. After the product came out, they started to run out of money. They couldn't get any from really any VCs. That's when I said, well, let's go to Japan. Kubota is like the John Deere of Japan. And we raised $10 million from them. We're all set to go public. Morgan Sand is going to take us public.
