When you have a chronic disease, and i know myself, you can feel very anxious, and you can get depressed. You are not always the most reliable narrator of truth when you are depressed or anxious. And in terms of the anxiety, i think what happens is, when you get talked out of your real that creates a lot of cognitive dissonance. There's a part of you that's really scared, like, what is wrong with my body? And the other part of youthat's like, but nobody's listening. And i feel so alone in this.
