The Importance of a Studio Culture
I think I probably feed an awful lot of other people and in my previous roles, I probably had got to the point where I was leading teams. And for me, it was this idea of because of costs and how much you charge as a freelancer and you're kind of brought in to deburts some projects. It's kind of quite rare. Certainly my experience, I always brought in really to sort of kick off projects and kind of give them that initial direction and then step away. "It felt a little bit like kind of giving birth to a child and then handing it over," she says.
