1. STOP CREATING NEW STUFF: JJ nailed it - entrepreneurs love to create, but hate to sell. When something doesn't work, they create something new instead of fixing what they have. The secret? Create ONE thing, test it with your warm audience, and tweak until it works. If you can't sell it to friends, you won't sell it to strangers.

2. DON'T SCALE TOO SOON: JJ shared how she got burned when The Virgin Diet exploded. She had $500K in shakes ready to ship but no customer service system in place. The result? 300+ angry customer emails on day one while she's sitting next to her son with a coma in the hospital. Scale only after you've got your systems dialed in.
