Is the CIA Really a Weapon Trafficking Organization?
The CIA is primarily as an arms trafficking organization. That's the main thing that they do. And that's what they did in Syria. They flooded the country with weapons, and all of those went to the Sunni side of the civil war in Syria. It was called the Islamic State. The groups were pretty marginal after the after the withdrawal of the US in 2011, pretty marginal now.
