Is There a Milli Charge Particle?

Photons are quantized, but they're not electrically charged. Having a tiny electric charge doesn't prevent you from generating an integer number of photons. This is actually another way people are looking for these things. It might be that we are generating these milli charge particles in our accelerators, but we're not seeing them because they just don't leave a trace in our detectors.
