Su Performance Cobra, a Tribute Car or a Kit Car?

A bill that was going to be passed would allow these, i don't know what you want to call them, kit cars. With a just sort of arresto mod the guys at su performance, they build a chassee, they repop a body, they sell you a cobra. This isn't classicare creations taking a 67 shallbe modifying it, or 67 mustang, turning it into one of their cars. It's not based off of an existing car with a vin number. And and here you are 30 days after you bought it, you ba, spoty some one with the same sahe sorry, this is nop my car.
