Do You Know What Nature Is Good For?

An open environment had much more positive benefit to people recovered more quickly from stress, physiologically as well as psychologically. Whereas in a very dense a natural environment, stress actually went up a so people became more stressed. Being exposed to nature is beneficial, but it has to be a natural environment in which we feel comfortable and safe.
