The Importance of Self Discovery Practices
The problem for many coaches is how much to the intervene, and some will over intervene. Coach turns up on with a bag of balls and a bunch of players. They can't just throw the balls onto the pitch and let the players completely just do their own thing. Even the most loose and imaginative coach would say that I have to do something. Something that's recommended often is guide itself discovery.
