The Oil and Gas Industry's Role in the Climate Cases

The fossil fuel industry is trying to get around federal law by bringing these cases in state court. It's this free speech argument that they've been making, which basically says anything we've ever said about climate change was in the interest of shaping policy. So I'm like convinced that one of these cases is going to be the next Citizens United and the Supreme Court. That's very, very scary.
