"I wouldn't say it's like it has the happy ending but the lesson for sure thing is I felt in a moment very very confident and feeling like yeah I could ask all those questions some of these good specialists I know what I'm doing," he says. "My problem was that I was still not ready to ask the right questions to the users because it was all impromptu and I didn't have the confidence in saying wait we need to get ready."
