No Fractional Reserve - Is That Really True?
In his view, you can have excessive leverage without calling it fractional reserve banking. There's no fiduciary media that is circulating as a money substitute. And if the business told one lender, hey, this collateral is unencumbered, and i have not used it to secure any other loans, but that they have, then that's just fraud, right? Yes, i guess. I mean, maybe we ge it into a samantic debate.
