Meal planning and grocery lists go hand in hand, particularly if you're interested in cutting that. If you don't mind having a larger grocery bill and not optimizing that, that's totally fine. We have not taken the kids into a grocery store in a very long time. And it makes a big difference to not bring them in there. They eventually give up.
