Self Improvement

i feel like self improvement is pretty straightforward. A lot of these new age spirituality things are bogus in the most literal sense, i think we can both agree. And that it's just inevitably, you're going to end up with people starting to talk about these things that the other people really want to believe in - even if they sound crazy. It gives them some sort of, like, comfort.
