In this role play method I'm going to actually play the role of a dear friend of yours. Someone that you really care about and feel compassionate toward. And in this role play Mark we're going to try a method then that's called the paradoxical double standard. There are a number of different ways to do it. Whichever you choose whichever technique you feel like is going to get us. We could start with the double standard then move on to externalization of voices. That's what I was going to vote for.
