The Differential of Congestive Heart Failure

Some of the respiratory symptoms can be fuller so sometimes people will present with more of like a wheezing pattern than maybe just the straight up crackles and rails. And that can fool people especially if the kid has a history of reactive airway disease or mild asthma or something they come in with those symptoms and you say, oh, sounds like asthma that's probably just an asthma exacerbation. It's not congestive heart failure that's causing the tachypnea, for example, any kid like that. So what are the major are there other mimickers then what what else should be on our differential that we need to make sure we rule out?
