The soviet union, which in many ways controlled what was happening with communist with cpu s a, basically said, we need a labor peace because we need to support the war effort. And so that's when union started a signing contracts with no strike clauses. They started um agreeing that they would no longer strike and start agreeing to things like speed ups.
