The Importance of Confidence in the Workplace

In your coaching practice, do you see it as part of your job to open people's eyes to the broader impacts of the system that they're working and living in? The people I work with have a pretty strong sense of that. But what I notice is we have to get a little bit more nuanced. So I work with a lot of women, people of colour, non-binary, transgender,. You know, marginalized groups of people who don't have as much power as they should. And so sometimes it's a matter of digging more deeply into that. People might not truly understand just how exploited they are.
