"I think one of the biggest mistakes that people make nowadays when approaching relationships is not knowing how to love," says Dr Yal. "The healthiest relationships almost always have at least one red flag, right? So i was meeting people that were like in their forties and his fifties, and like, they had really strong, healthy relationships", he adds.
