I basically took what I liked and didn't like in other products and brands not necessarily like the mushroom directly compared to brands but across the board. Then obviously bought from some brands particularly in America in the book mushroom space and then came up with my own version of it. So yeah on a personal development side what is the next character arc theme going to be about? It's hiring and delegating and becoming a leader rather than a in the trenches fucking grind on emails thinking that that's the most effective way to work, he says.
