North Carolina's Supreme Court has ruled that gerrymandering is allowed in the state. "We are going back in September to redraw all the districts and we will lose all of the democratic congressional seats," she says. The GOP knows they, meaning the Republicans know the only way they can continue to win is by cheating,. And cheating is through gerrymandered.
